Since the dawn of time and across all species in the universe, there have been
certain people who have dared to face great danger to witness and report on violent
events of great historical significance. It's a necessary effort to make sense of all
that pain and suffering so that it can be told and remembered. Examples of this can
be found among all known species, but rarely is it as meaningful as in the Ur
Hegemony. No other civilization has so many news agencies, nor ones that are so objective, because for Evolved Intelligence they are the yardstick that allows it to
continuously improve its society.
