Play space is primarily for games sold or supported by the store; outside activities may be declined at staff discretion.
Scheduled events take priority over casual play. Casual games may be moved or ended to make room for events.
Keep noise at a reasonable level so other tables and customers can enjoy the space.
Food and drink are allowed only if kept away from cards, minis, and store games; clean up your area when finished.
Store-provided games or terrain must be treated with care and returned in good condition when you’re done.
Unsportsmanlike conduct (cheating, stalling, bullying, arguing with judges, trash talking, gloating, or rage-quitting) may result in penalties, including match losses or removal from the event.
Seating and Supervision
Event seating is reserved for registered event participants only. Non-participants may be asked to give up their seats or move to a different area so the event can run smoothly.
Minors must be accompanied by a supervising adult. The supervising adult may not be actively participating in an event; they must remain available to monitor and assist the child as needed.
Unsupervised children or disruptions may result in the family being asked to leave for the day.
Pre-release registration and participation
Signing up or “pre-registering” on a game’s official website or companion app does not guarantee you a seat in our prerelease.
If an event sells out, players without a paid ticket will not be added to the roster, even if they are registered on the game’s website or app.
Purchasing a prerelease ticket means you are committing to play in that event. Prerelease kits are distributed for in-store event participation only; players may not pick up their kits and leave without playing in the event.
Store Code of Conduct
Treat all customers, staff, and players with respect. Harassment, hate speech, slurs, or targeted insults are not tolerated.
Keep language and behavior PG-13 while in the store; no explicit or graphic content at tables.
Maintain basic hygiene and wear appropriate clothing (shirts and shoes required).
No alcohol, illegal drugs, or weapons on the premises. Anyone visibly intoxicated will be asked to leave.
No theft, vandalism, or tampering with store property or other customers’ belongings.
