Magic: Marvel Superheroes Avengers Academy - Friday, June 12

Join us for Avengers Academy, a special Magic: The Gathering event designed to bring new players into the game with a superhero twist. Players will receive a Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes Welcome Deck and team up for Two-Headed Giant matches alongside an experienced teammate.

Each Welcome Deck includes two 30-card half-decks, and for this event each player will use one half-deck to keep the games simple and beginner-friendly. After the event, you’ll even be able to combine the two half-decks into a full 60-card deck to keep building your collection.

This is a relaxed, casual event with no rounds, standings, or ranked prizes, making it a great way to learn Magic while playing side by side with a friend. Whether you’re brand new or bringing someone into the game for the first time, Avengers Academy is all about team-up fun and Marvel hero energy.

Players that join this event and register for the Super Heroes 2HG Prerelease event will recieve a pair of wearable Loki horns at the Two-Headed Giant Prerelease event as well as a themed drawstring bag and a double sided Hero/Villain token!
